DESCRIPTION:L’ISMP vous propose\, en partenariat avec Tonic Pilates\, des Cours de Pilates Adapté tous les jeudis à 10h00 au 203 rue Breteuil 13006 Marseille. \nLa méthode Pilates est une technique de renforcement profond qui allie travail musculaire et mobilité. Elle repose sur 6 piliers : la respiration\, la concentration\, la stabilisation\, le contrôle\, la fluidité et la précision du mouvement. Ces fondamentaux peuvent permettre aux femmes atteintes d’un cancer de se reconstruire physiquement de manière sécurisée. \nCes cours sont réservés aux patientes atteintes d’un cancer en cours de traitement ou dans l’année qui suit la fin des traitements afin de se remettre à l’activité physique. \nLes places étant limitées\, votre inscription obligatoire.
